  • A.S.T.A.R.O.S. Aerospace was another aerospace team but with the goal of launching an atmospheric weather balloon with a biological experiment on board to study the effects of high altitudes, pressure changes, and change of gravity on living micro organisms. As the head of business development I secured pledges for funding from major actors in the aerospace community, created clear management & team structure, setup communication channels with custom domain emails for members, oversaw marketing and advertising, interviewed and onboarded new members, delegated tasks and asignments, constructed project plans, conducted regular meetings to keep the team on track, and more.

  • Metropolitan Aerospace & Combustion Hub (MACH) is a Toronto Metropolitan University school team with the goal of designing, prototyping, and building a rocket fueld by ethanol and nitrogen. I had the pleasure of working on the web dev team to help create and maintain the team website. There I learned some neat tips and tricks and was first introduced to GitHub.

  • Over the summer I decided to be proactive and take initiative by taking a summer course on intro to programming which gave me an advantage over my peers. Since the first class of my programing course, students were struggling to undserstand the material and concepts and so I offered tutoring to any and all who needed it.
  • I ended up tutoring 75+ students from 2/2 classes of the semester accross 2 different professors.
